RUFUS ADAM KORI
Rufus lived and studied in three countries before moving to the UK in 1997 to complete a MSc in Marketing. He subsequently went on to study Law at the University of Law and qualified as a solicitor. He has a strong entrepreneurial background and commercial awareness, which enables him to provide straightforward and practical advice.
Rufus speaks four languages including Russian and has developed a client base of high net worth clients from CIS and Eastern Europe. He specializes in Wills, Inheritance Major Crime, and company and contract law.

Advising a well-known overseas short term loan provider on company formation, shareholders agreement and short term leasing of office premises.
Acting for a HNW individual in relation to shareholders dispute in an international restaurant group including commercial lease negotiations.
Acting and advising a private client on a high value residential property acquisition and private mortgage financing.
Acting, advising and negotiating service charge cap on a commercial lease on behalf of a tenant and advising on planning application for change of use class.
Advising and acting for a residential landlords against trespassers of residential property.
Providing strategic advice to a HNW individual in relation to borrower in default.
